Our Product Development Process

Our development process follows four stages, so your product moves from concept validation to manufacturing readiness with reduced risk and faster iteration.

• Quick Prototyping

  We build a proof-of-concept prototype to validate the core idea and key functions. Typical turnaround is 3–4 weeks (depending on complexity). You’ll receive a working prototype to demonstrate feasibility and guide engineering.

• EV (Engineering Validation)

  We engineer the product to meet your functional and technical requirements, refining the design, materials, and system architecture. By the end of EV, core functionality is achieved and most engineering decisions are finalized.

• DV (Design Validation)

  We validate durability and real-world performance through testing and iteration twist, bend, stretch, and wearer testing, plus wash & tumble-dry testing when required. The goal is a reliable design that meets durability targets before production.

• PV (Production Validation)
